This eclectic apartment was designed on an extremely tight $500 budget. The client was an artistic, free spirit that enjoys an eclectic and extremely colorful aesthetic. My challenge was to create a home jived with the client’s personality and inspired creativity without looking like crazy chaos.
A nonfunctional fireplace was just taking up space. It now serves as a great headboard/focal point and frees up the other side of the room for the dresser.
The plain glass pendant was not a in line with the dweller’s charming personality, so I made a cheap change with crocheted fabric. Don’t worry, it’s fire safe, super cute, and casts gorgeous shadows at night!
