Home Tour- Kirsti From Living in Lovely La La Land

Home Tour- Kirsti From Living in Lovely La La Land

So last night I was trying to catch up on e-mails, respond to comments, and answer questions posed on the blog. One of the comments I responded to was left on my KPDesigns facebook page and it said this:

“While watching the HGTV’d episode tonight who did I see helping with the new living room? Kara and Tim Paslay! Congrats! Excited for the day I get to watch your own show! ” – Kirsti

Of course after reading such a sweet comment, I wanted to find out a little more about Kirsti. After a couple of clicks, I landed on Kirsti’s blog (Living in Lovely La La Land) and was immediately taken in by her “Electic Mid Century Modern meets Grandma’s Coolest Stuff” style! I feel like Kirsti has a wonderful balance to her spaces. Looking at her photos, I got that warm nostalgic feeling but I also felt the design was stylish and fun! Enough from me, I’ll let the pictures do the talking!

Oh my goodness- that super cool sofa, that incredible floor-to-ceiling capiz chandelier, the stylishly accessorized mid century modern hutch. . . just lovely! Of course, you should visit Living in Lovely La La Land for more fantastic inspiration! I hear Kirsti has sweet kitchen reno up her sleeve too- can’t wait to see it!

Love love love. I’m super biased but Kirsti is my sister but she works wonders on my house which is consumed by 3 busy kids and our life. I love when she visits because it’s a whole new home when she leaves. She’s always had an amazing design style. Thanks for featuring her! I’m your newest follower and sharing this blog with my friends!

Just can’t beat the eclectic mix that’s so skillfully blended for a one-of-a-kind style. The legs on that dining room table take me right back to my own parents’ home!
