Now Available for Your Viewing Pleasure

Hey Friends! I can’t believe I forgot to mention that this past Sunday we celebrated Tim’s birthday! My handsome hunk is now 27 years old! We’ve decided that from here on out we aren’t counting up anymore. We’ll both just stay 27 for ever. 🙂 Since it was his b-day, I let him relax a bit, but tomorrow Tim will be back to introduce our second “Inspire Me” post! Yay!

This is kind of out of the blue, but I don’t think I ever shared that you can now watch “The Lamp” (a movie I “set decorated” for) on Netflix!

“The Lamp” is also available to purchase on Amazon.com, at Walmart, and also at Best Buy.

If you think you might be interested in watching or buying the movie, here is a trailer to give you an idea of what the movie is about!

Many of you are new readers to the blog since I worked on this movie, so I thought I would also post links to a few of the different rooms I was able to decorate for the feature film.

The movie looks great, I will have to add it to the Netflix que. The rooms look really good too… how incredible it must be to have decorated for a movie. AMAZING!

So.. first off? I think it’s absolutely amazing that you set decorated for a movie… truly.

and once again my love of your use of textures continues… I feel like it adds so much depth and character to a space… I don’t know why

oh and I love love love that doorway… a friend of mine in college had doorways like that in her old home… architectural bliss

Well thanks Lindsey! We love the production world! Working on movies is probably my favorite thing to do (at least when there are a lot of interiors to design!) 🙂 The Lamp has a great message, I hope you enjoy it!

Thanks K! Texture is especially important when it comes to the production (TV/movies) world! You really have to make the spaces jump off the screen. Color and texture are a great way to do it!

Did you go to that meeting?
