One of the most lovely ladies I know recently moved into her dream house after her husband finished his residency and took a great job in Oklahoma City. This is one of those women that makes everyone around her feel good. She is wise and warm. When we were talking about the design for her new home she said she wanted: classic and comfortable, traditional but not stuffy, beautiful but nothing too “out-of-the-box.” I had previously worked on Julia’s master bathroom, so I had a good sense of her style. Here is the design board I presented to her.
Julia’s new home is very open and therefore the living and dining areas have to flow together seamlessly. I did this by keeping the color palette consistent and using similar patterns in each space.

So I love your mood boards but wondered if you have where everything is from and how much they cost! I love your work on your teen’s space at church. I am teaching Sunday School to our 1st-5th grade girls and think I need to spruce up the room. This is giving me the nudge!
