Hey Friends!

Well, I had a lovely and very productive break!  To be honest (in case you couldn’t tell) I’ve been going through a bit of a funk lately.  I’ve been sad, unmotivated, and uninspired.  Do you ever get like that? Luckily, I feel like I’m finally getting over it and not a moment too soon!  There is so much work to do and life to enjoy!!!

So, here’s what I’ve been up to for the past week!

We are working on a guest bedroom for a special client.  This week we traveled to her house to start implementing the design we’ve been planning for the past month!  Here’s a little photo progression. . .

There is so much more to be done here and what you see now is not a final look.  For example, that gray is going gold and a whole feature wall will be revealed!! 🙂   Can’t wait to get this finished up, but we’ll have to wait until June.  Don’t worry, the wait will be worth it!

I also spent a ton of time gathering and planning every last detail of a design we will be implementing next week.  This one is going to be put together on camera, so there’s no pushing the deadline! We are looking to implement a very rock n’ roll vibe in this space! Here are some of the pieces you will see. . .get excited!

I stopped by my favorite paint store and picked up my favorite paint (Benjamin Moore’s Molten Metallic-Gold)! This stuff it addicting!  And Tim began to work on a faceted dear head idea he’s been wanting to create for a while.

Oh, I also worked on an outdoor space that is about halfway completed and went to IKEA to get kitchen cabinets!! Now, I just have to find 6-8 hours to put those together! 🙂
