Happy Friday Friends! Today I am so excited to finally tell you why we were in NYC!
Tim and I got the invite to be on The Nate Show!
We found out yesterday that our episode will be airing January 4th, so tune in or set your DVR’s y’all! Just so you have an idea of what you will see, we were asked to a “House Proud” home tour and then we were in studio demonstrating/talking about a few of our projects. I think it went well although it’s hard to remember! Everything went so fast that day I’m not even sure what I said! Ha! I guess it went ok since they didn’t cancel the episode or anything. 🙂 But we will have to wait and see. I’ll give a little more detail about the whole experience after the show airs.
In other news Tim and I have some updates to let you in on. If you’ve been reading the blog for a while, you know that we have a dream of one day having our own televised design show, which will be called ‘Til Design Do Us Part. Well, I don’t talk it about it everyday on here, but you can guarantee that every day we are working on getting this show off the ground in one form or another. And we’ve actually made some real headway in the past month! We’ve been talking to producers, production companies, perfecting the concept of the show, and more! We’ve been working incredibly hard. One thing that is immensely important is letting as many people know about the show as possible. Of course one way we can do that is through social media- Facebook and Twitter specifically. So, today Tim and I are asking that you go “Like” our ‘Til Design Do Us Part page. Do that by clicking here and hitting the “Like” button at the top of the page. And if you would be so kind as to share the page with your friends, we would be so very grateful. If it’s any incentive, sometime in the next few weeks we will be asking for applicants to be a part of the show and our Facebook friends will have the first shot!
Last but not least, get excited for next week because I’ll be sharing last minute DIY Christmas gift ideas. They will be easy, fast, and affordable! Can’t believe Christmas is right around the corner. . . crazy!!!

Oh wow…such exciting things going on! I’m excited for you both. You’ve definitely put in the elbow grease and now it’s your time to shine.
Just liked the page! I don’t comment very frequently, but at a time when I keep cutting down on my blog reading, I never skip your posts. I love your creativity and optimism. I’m sure your show will be a great success!
Hey Dana and Miriam! Thanks so much for the support! We still have work to do, but we are well on our way! Thanks for taking the time to read even when you have a million things vying for your attention! Dana, love the new media center!
I’m so excited for you! I just KNOW you’re going to be a great success! I can’t wait……
As for applicants for your show……You have an open door at my house ANYTIME!
That’s such exciting news! So happy for you both.
I have a question about the installations at Anthro and other stores, for that matter. What happens to all those little foil boxes after that particular display is torn down? Is all that stuff recycled or stored? Like all those sticky notes you used in your store back in the summer. I’ve always wondered about that.
Can’t wait to see you on Nate!
