Eating Healthy with MorningStar Farms + a $100 Giveaway
Hey there friends!  Like many of you, my life is crazy.  My to-do list is always a mile long and there just aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything!  My life has definitely gotten more packed as I work to balance my two loves – design and Crossfit!

I’ve never eaten terribly, but with my new dedication and goals in Crossfit, my eating has changed to focus on more healthy options that will fuel me, while also tasting great.  So, when I had the opportunity to try some MorningStar Farms food products (including their new: Roasted Garlic & Quinoa Burger, Buffalo Chik Patties, Parmesan Garlic Wings, Mediterranean Chickpea Pizza and Baja Black Bean Pizza), I was excited to add new yummy (and super healthy) options to my meal plan!

As you may know, MorningStar Farms has all meatless options.  I am far, far from a vegetarian, but I will definitely down a meatless meal if it is delicious and plenty of MorningStar Farms products are packed full of protein (like all 12 of their veggie burgers)! Perfect for building muscle and making me a better athlete!
