I’m having a very difficult time deciding between the headboard and bookshelves. I already know that i’m going to make a king sized version of his head board!!! It sure beats the cost of the VERY similar West Elm headboard I’ve been eyeing up! 🙂

I love the Stacked Books Table Lamp! My mother has been a librarian for over 30 years, so we have had books stacked on our tables for as long as I can remember. As I begin to create my own space, for my own family, this is a perfect ode to my mom and our love of books! Thanks for the great giveaway!!

Hi Kara! Thanks for posting these videos! I’ve been following your blog now for a little bit (it’s pretty much a daily peek! 🙂 ) but haven’t posted anything yet. I’m a new wife who’s really enjoyed ideas for furnishing a house creatively since we a small budget! And thank you for being bold to mention Christ on your blog! He is blessed by that! I love that He is a God of order and that even design comes from Him!
I really like Dan’s wood shelves – I want to show my husband so maybe we can put something like these in our spare room. Really easy to make, and probably pretty cheap if we got some wood at a salvage yard, but they really have character, too! Thanks again!

The industrial rustic shelf is definitely my favorite. My boyfriend and I were just recently talking about how we wanted to make a bookshelf for our house when we get married similar to this one!

THE SHELVES!!!! THE COFFEE TABLE!!! My heart lept a tiny bit when I saw both. He totally got kicked off design star too soon, but I’m glad he doesn’t have a hectic tv life while adjusting to married life.
I loved his work on secrets of a stylist and really love the stacked books lamp! Such awesome work!
