SPRING SPRUCE-UPS PART 2
I’m back with a couple more ways to amp up your curb appeal. Let’s get to it, shall we?
Tip #3- Add charming accents!
Hang a simple swing from a tree limb.
Plant climbing vines. Create a pattern using wire to keep the look clean or let it go all natural.
Sometimes it’s as easy as adding adorable door mat. (Please excuse the Christmas theme- it’s the only good photo I could find).

You can rarely talk about sprucing things up without mentioning the power of paint. . . which brings us to-
TIP#4- Repaint your doors and/or trim. If you aren’t great with colors I really recommend contacting a professional to help pick a palette. The difference a great color combination can make is extraordinary!
Personally I LOVE red doors!

But blue ones are nice too. . .

And green ones can be good. . .

TIP #5- A tile, stone, or stained concrete walkway starting at the street can really go a long way in drawing people to your door.
TIP#6- When you are decorating indoors make sure you think about the visual impact curtains will create when you view them from outside the house. A crazy color or pattern can really throw off your outdoor look. For rooms towards the front of the house think about using rattan roman shades, neutral drapes, or indoor shutters.
