People say that Madonna has been able to stay popular over the years because of her abilities to reinvent herself.

I know you’re thinking, “Where is she going with this?” Well, I kinda feel like the mason jar chandelier has a little Madonna in it! 🙂 It changes itself to satisfy the personalities and needs of different people. You’ve seen my original version. . .
and the more type A version that Angela came up with. . .
and some others. Now, there is yet another version of the charming chandelier! Lowell asked me to create a version that would hang from the vaulted ceiling in his stairwell. After talking with his designer, Cally, we came up with a plan and got to work. Here are some “in progress” shots of Tim and I putting things together.
Here a few shots of the piece mostly finished.
Now, we’ll just wait for Lowell to send us some photos of the chandelier all lit up and in it’s final resting place over the stairs! I can’t wait!
What are some design trends or elements that you feel have a Madonna like quality? Classic black and white, crystal chandeliers, something else? Let’s hear it! 🙂

wow, I LOVE the bigger version of the mason jar chandelier. It’s just gorgeous! Nice work, as usual!
This version is my favorite so far! Gorgeous!
Type A isn’t a compliment.
I dig your blog, but your possessiveness over the invention of this chandy is wearing thin.
Oooh, I love this new version of it. I’m enjoying the “in the process” shots too. I look forward to seeing it hung in a stairwell type setting as well.
Glad you ladies like it! I hope Lowell does too!
Dear Ms./Mr. Anonymous- I didnt use type A as a compliment or dig. I used it to describe a version that was more orderly than my own. I also used it because that’s how the maker of it described it to me when she sent me photos of it for the blog. Thanks for your concern.
Stunning! I love it
That is going to be so awesome!
