BIRTHDAY SUIT (almost)!

!!!!!WARNING!!!!!
!!!!This post contains pictures of a half nude hottie!!!!

The saying “opposites attract” was never more true than in the case of Tim and I. Although we both love Jesus, design, and sports, that might be where it stops. (oh yeah, and each other! ) But it is our differences that make us such a great team! I feel so blessed that I am able to work with and learn from Tim each day. Please afford me a few seconds to brag about my partner after all, today is his BIRTHDAY!!!

Tim is the most capable man I have ever met. Give him a problem to figure out, a riddle to solve and he will come through EVERY time. He thrives on finding solutions when most people don’t even know where to begin (myself included)! This comes in super handy in the renovation and design process. Here is some of his work. . .
Need a concrete countertop? Tim’s got it!
Want a faux fireplace? No problem!
Desire a fantastic (gravity defying) piece of furniture? Tim’s your man!
Right now he is building a coffee table that converts into a dining table (will post on this soon)!
Tim LOVES to learn. He wants to know how to do everything! As a matter of fact when we go to furniture stores I often find him like this. . .

figuring out how pieces are put together, how they work, and analyzing if that was the best way to do it.
Quite possibly my favorite thing about Tim, the reason I married him, is his awesome sense of humor!!! He makes everyone feel better by introducing laughter into their life. He recently did this when a group of our friends went to the lake this summer. He wanted it to be the best weekend ever, so he announced that “crazy Tim” would be making an appearance!! I was giddy with anticipation!!! And you can see why. . .
Yes, his speedo made an appearance. H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S (or at least I thought so)!! This is not the first time I have seen the speedo. As a matter of fact, I was first introduced to it on our honeymoon!
We were on the beach laying out when Tim turned to me and said “Do you want to go skinny dipping?” (it was mid-day and the beach was crawling with people). I laughed and said “I will if you will.” knowing that he would never do such a thing in that setting. Well, Tim proceeded to put a towel over his bottom half and remove his swimming trunks, throwing them at me when he was done. At this point I am freaking out and begging him to put them back on! But of course he stands up and threatens to drop the towel. . . and just when I thought I would die from embarrassment Tim released the towel and revealed the speedo. As he stood there grinning from ear to ear, I did die. . . of laughter and embarrassment!
I love my husband and I think he is the best! Maybe now, you understand why. . . or you think I am crazy! But either way I don’t care. . . he is perfect for me!
Tim, I LOVE walking through life with you. . .
or running. . .
or flying. . .
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE!!!!!
