DINNER IS SERVED!

DINNER IS SERVED!
Well I am back to reveal the giveaway today! When I was thinking through some options I new I wanted to choose an item that could go with all kinds of different decor, something unique, and something not season specific!
Here’s what I came up with . . . ZINC PLACE CARDS!

These cuties could be used to show people where to sit or to identify food during a potluck party! Chalk is all you need to change out the lettering for different dinner guests! Can’t you just imagine these on my table here. . . or better yet your table!!!
These mini metal masterpieces come to you courtesy of The Lettered Cottage. I have been following Layla’s bog for about a year now and she is a sweetie, so be sure to check it out when you have a chance!
So, here’s how you enter. . .
simply leave a comment for me on this post telling me what you like about the blog, what you want to see more of, or things you aren’t crazy about. If you are new to the blog and aren’t quite sure how to answer that give me an idea of what draws you to blogs in general!
Thanks, and good luck!

Love the blog- I’m a devoted follower, of course! : ) My favorites are your before & after’s and then also when you link us to other site’s before & after pics. as you know, I don’t do my own “creations” but I just love to see other people’s completed styles.
You do a great job, Ms. Kara, and I know you will go very far in design!

Hi! I am new to your blog, but looked around in the archives a bit. I am a big fan of when people are creative and have projects with lots of photos. I like to be able to come to a blog and feel inspired. I visit many blogs just to get my creative juices flowing. You had some awesome ideas and redos. I am in love with your farmhouse table. So pretty!

I’m new here (hi!) and I love to see new ways of repurposing old things – old furniture, old architectural pieces, old accessories, and I also love to see how differently everyone accessorizes their homes. 🙂

One thing you could change…turn the “word verification” option off where we post a comment. It makes it so much easier for your followers to leave a comment.

Hi! I’m new to this blog but I do read a ton of them and have one as well. I love lots of pics and step by step instructions. I love pouring over pics of great decor with some personal post thrown in. I like to see how decor “lives” in a real life setting. BTW, those place cards are amazing!!!! I’m drooling over here! LOL!

    Thanks!

Very cool zinc place cards. One suggestion based on personal preferences, is I like to see the before and after perhaps a little quicker. I understand the need to give detailed “how-to’s” with photos, but until I’m ready to DO a similar project I’m not ready for all that. Is there any way you could have a link to the “how-to” stuff? But, love your style. We are working on building some day, when asked what I “like” I referenced your site. Thanks!

Love the blog, love your statement about loving Jesus Christ and trying to follow him the best I can. Me too! Life is hard and we all make mistakes and sin daily. We just pick up our cross and keep on keepin on.

I love your before and afters but I do wish you would post more often, alhtough sometimes it is fun to come back after a few days and be surprised with a post! (granted I don’t post everyday so I guess I should do before I ask others to do!)

  26. Tracey

I’m new to your blog but enjoyed browsing some of your categories like “before and after gallery” and “DIY projects.” In general, I’m drawn to blogs that are well-organized with categories/topics, and I like good writing. I’m new so my comment is to answer your question about what draws me to bogs generally and that would be “the personalities”. I love “getting to know” the bloggers. And the ones who make me laugh are the best. I can’t wait to check your blog out further! Good luck!
