HOUSE HUNTERS- SPANISH STYLE-MIDTOWN TULSA

Do you have those houses in your neighborhood that you admire from afar and wish you could walk through? I do! Afternoon walks past this Spanish style house always had me wondering what was inside. I finally got up the nerve to knock on the door when I saw a “FOR SALE BY OWNER” sign go up in the front yard. Lucky for me the homeowner was nice enough to give me a sneak peak inside the walls that I wondered by numerous times. Here’s what I found!

The great room is open and allows for easy entertaining. High end finishes abound and natural light floods the space.
Just to the left of the eating area is access to an covered outdoor living space and pool! The see-through fireplace makes sure those lounging on the sofa and as well as those swimming in the pool can enjoy the glow of a crackling fire.
Charm and architectural details are visible indoors and out.
So if you are searching for a new place to call home and are interested in this beautiful abode (which is close to Cherry St and Utica Square) send me an e-mail and I will get you the details! Happy Hunting!

This place looks gorgeous!!! And YES there is a house in my neighborhood that I’ve ALWAYS wanted to see inside. This last Halloween they happened to be having a Halloween party while people were trick or treating- Some one besides the home owner opened the door and started to invite us in- I aaaallllmost pretended to be a guest just so I could get a peek inside. Those darn pesky kids of mine would have been mortified so I had to show some restraint. 😉

So peculiar type of house, non like the Spanish houses but yes It have a style between ancient Spanish and some similar to Mexican style.
Modern and oldie at the same time.
    Looks so good.
