This week I was able to visit Erin and her mother at their home which hasn’t been touched since their father/husband passed away. Erin and Donna asked me to come in and help them clear out some stuff, make some changes, and essentially give them a clean slate. Donna’s exact words to me were, “I feel like I am drowning.” That is why I am so happy to help this family get back on their feet and to create a place where they feel like they can breathe again. I have always believed design has the power to change lives and I am never more certain than in this instance. YAY for new beginnings! Let the work begin!
