Ms. Ania contacted me with the desire for a plan. A plan to help her and her husband finish their master bedroom before their beautiful baby arrives in November. Ania thought it was important to have a place that she and the Mr. could connect and relax. So, using a calming color palette of soothing grays and purples, romantic elements to encourage connection, and metallics to add a touch of glamour, a gorgeous design was born!
Curtains hung behind the bed not only cover up an awkward window, but also create a canopy of sorts. This coupled with metallic walls will make the perfect space for romance! Can’t you just imagine candlelight bouncing of those champagne gold walls and filling the room with a warm glow!?
The metallics throughout the room bring in that feeling of glamour, which I think really helps women to feel special and beautiful. And you know what happens when a woman feels beautiful!! 🙂
While the room has it’s fair share of curvy feminine lines, it also has pieces with clean modern lines to appeal to the man of the house. But let’s just be honest- if the woman of the house is happy and feels beautiful- the man is going to be beyond pleased!

Diggin’ the whole design. Well done!
Where did you find the chair listed as #12 on your design board? I’m looking for a chair similar to this size and style for my family room.
Why don’t you sort your sources? You number them but then don’t say where they are from? Very frustrating.
Hey there Lara and Liz- The design boards I post are the exact ones I send to my clients, and I don’t source the items because I feel like then anyone can use that design. I feel like my clients pay to have a unique plan and to freely give out the sources, ect. to others would be wrong. I post the design boards to serve simply as inspiration to others.
So, if you would like your own unique design plan let me know!
