You can also find paint made especially for glass at most craft stores. For this project I used regular old latex paint because I knew the caulk would seal the edges preventing water from coming into contact with the paint.

I did a painted back splash with a bright color in my kitchen with a glass shelf from Ikea. I wanted something to give a pop of color with out breaking the bank. For about $15 dollars total I have a pretty cool thing now. Thanks for showing that it doesn’t just have to be a solid color. 🙂
