If you’ve read the blog for any length of time, you know that I love America. The opportunities provided to us here make anything possible. I truly believe that.
However, although I love the United States, there is something about Great Britain that has always been intriguing to me. You may remember my post about the Brit’s “Keep Calm and Carry On” poster. The Olympic’s ceremonies did a fantastic job of shedding more light onto England’s history and personality. And of course, there is nothing like a royal wedding to spark interest in a kingdom! Besides that, the British flag is really great for decorating! I’m sure you’ve noticed how it’s image has ended up all over the place- on pillows, art, and painted on furniture.
Well, my list of reasons to like the Brits has just gotten a little longer. The friendly folks over at “Pretty Nostalgic” magazine included me in their charming publication!! 🙂 Although you can’t get the magazine on store shelves here in America, you can visit the website and have a subscription shipped to you.

Small feature or not- it’s fun to think a photo of my design will be sitting on shelves overseas.
Tim and I are hoping to visit London in January, so I’m sure we’ll have even more reasons to love those British blokes! 🙂
