Reader Friendly Blog Changes

Reader Friendly Blog Changes
Every year about this time, I try to take a few days to improve the blog and make it more reader friendly, more professional, and more visually pleasing. You may have noticed I neglected to post yesterday. Well, that’s because I was busy with some of these changes and I am pleased to present to you today!
You probably already noticed a few weeks ago, I replaced the picture banner with some more recent projects, plus a few photos of Tim and I. I thought it would be nice if you could have a visual of who’s behind the blog when you come to visit!

The second and probably most important thing I did was update my tabs (those things circled in purple below).

Well, before when you clicked on those tabs it took you to a written list of projects or one post after the other which you would have to scroll through to find what you were looking for. I am happy to say, now when you click on one of those tabs (excluding the how-to tab) you are taken to a gallery!

Each project has a feature photo above the link so you reach the post you are looking for faster. It will also help readers to figure out which projects they are interested in or not interested in quicker.

I hope you will enjoy this new feature and take full advantage of it! Of course we will be adding to these lists often!
Since the new year is right around the corner, we are in self-improvement mode! Is there anything about the blog that you find hard to navigate or something that you think could be changed to enhance the time you spend here? We would love to know!
Speaking of the New Year, I’ll be back tomorrow to expand on the New Year’s Eve Party Ideas that we gave to the Tulsa World. PS- One of them is something that you really must do whether you’re having a party or not! See ya soon!!!
