Are you a country music fan?  Do you love to cook? Do you love to watch cooking shows?

If you answered “Yes!” to one or all of the questions above, you might be interested in watching “Trisha’s Southern Kitchen” which is gearing up for it’s second season of episodes!

If you’re not a country music fan (you should be, but if you’re not) that is Trisha, as in Trisha Yearwood, as in phenomenal singer, as in wife to Garth Brooks!!! You may not know this but Trisha and Garth have a home here in Tulsa and they actually shoot the show here.  And guess what. . . I get to go be a part of it tomorrow!  🙂

I won’t be decorating the set this time around (bummer) and really I’m only helping out for a day, but my duty will be “taking care of talent,” which means I will make sure Trisha has everything she needs, which means I will get to meet her!  And I’m pretty excited about it!  I asked Tim if I should prepare to sing one of her songs to her.  He thought that would be overboard, especially considering I am not a great singer. 🙂

I am thrilled to be “taking care of” Trish, but I would love to decorate the set.  It looks like they’ve gotten things taken care of though.  This picture below (from last season) shows off part of the kitchen. I do love that spoon chandelier! 🙂
