This is my beautiful friend Ferris. (More about her hat later on in the week).
Ferris recently announced that she will soon be bringing a bundle of joy into the world! You know what that means. . . there is a nursery that needs decorating!! In honor of Ferris and all of you out there expecting, I am posting 3 nursery design boards to help you get an idea of the style you want to go for in your kid’s room.
We’ll start with the “Modern and Clean” aesthetic- perfect for all those parents who can’t stand clutter and cutesy stuff.
Or maybe your a big believer in the saying “your only a kid once” and want to stick with a fun and colorful feel.
Whatever your prerogative, I’ve got good news!!! A lot of this stuff came from IKEA, so it’s completely affordable!

Congrats to Ferris! I really love that Ikea chair and have been wanting one. And I love the rug (I think that’s a rug?) in the bottom right corner of “Classic & Calming”. When my husband and I have kids I think I’ll probably do a combination of “Classic & Calming” and “Modern & Clean” for our nursery.
