Starting Out on a Positive Note

Hey Friends!  It’s a new year and for me, that means: setting goals, getting organized, and going for it!  One of my goals this year is to focus more on the blog and getting content out to you.  It’s definitely not that I am lacking content, but rather that I need to make the time to get things edited and posted.

With our trip to NYC and the typical end of the year craziness, posting has not been happening nearly enough!  But, if you’re a fan of this blog and my style, take heart!  I’m writing this goal down and making the b-log a priority in 2014!

Things have been sporadic lately, so please make sure you didn’t miss some of my favorite inspirational posts of the year that I’ve written lately.  These posts are part of the Folgers campaign that is dedicated to creating a community of optimism throughout the blogosphere.  Please take some time to read through these three posts and get inspired to make this year one of your best!  And get ready for regular updates on the blog, starting on Monday! Yay!  Happy 2014 Y’all!

The first post in the three part series was simply a conglomeration of uplifting and thoughtful sayings that I loved. Keeping yourself positive and inspired is so critical if you want to live your best life, don’t you think!?

The second post poses the question, “Will you let the fear of failure paralyze you or propel you?”  This is a question you deal with often when you’re going after big dreams.  Read the post to find out about a recent challenge I’ve faced in my own life and how I’m using it to push harder and be better.

This last post entitled “Something Very Important” is about embracing a positive body image and realizing your beauty. I share about a personal battle I dealt with in the past and hope my words can have a positive impact on others.
